Errors do happen. It is standard policy to grant credit only if an error obviously and materially affects the drawing power of the and/or content. This is also the policy for UMMG. Full credits are rare, and in no case can our liability exceed the cost paid to UMMG. All credits will be applied towards the next months services. No refunds will be made. Should any content fail to be distributed as specified in the contracted agreement due to the fault of UMMG, UMMG will rectify the situation by distributing at the earliest time. No other restitution is implied or expressed.
